Khia is an experienced leader with over 25 years of expertise spanning communications (including graphic, visual, and corporate), HR, talent development, project and process management, and customer service. She is deeply passionate about helping others succeed both personally and professionally, as well as serving her community.

Cheryl has over 40 years of college administration experience in Student Affairs. She currently serves as an adjunct professor and the Director of MBA and Graduate Programs at Clark Atlanta Univ. School of Business. In this capacity, her responsibilities encompass policy setting, implementation, and evaluation of the graduate programs. Cheryl takes pride in her mentoring of young people, using every opportunity to challenge their critical thinking.

Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Coach USA, Tracy brings extensive executive HR leadership experience to the table. Her executive professional journey also includes various significant roles within UPS businesses. These positions range from Vice President of H.R. for UPS Airlines to H.R. Director with global responsibilities spanning U.S. and international HR domains. Tracy’s has high praises from her community with her volunteerism and board member commitments.

A recent graduate of the University of West Georgia, majoring in Sport Management. Monterius is currently supporting the sports department as an assistant as he prepares to join the corporate workforce. Known for his top qualities including strong communication skills, diligence, and hardworking nature, Monterius is most proud of his unwavering enthusiasm to succeed.

As the CEO and Founder of Visionary Ventures Consulting, Karletta seamlessly integrates her expertise as a HR professional and Grant writer, boasting over 20 years of extensive experience. Her HR background spans diverse areas such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Communications, Inclusion & Diversity, and Compensation. Moreover, Karletta is deeply committed to mentoring and advising young professionals as they embark on their journey into the workforce.

A retired United States Marine Corps Sergeant Major with 24.5 years of dedicated service, Robert is currently a Human Resource Professional at United Parcel Service. With a focus in Talent Management and Optimization, Robert specializes in data analytics, program evaluation, surveys, and leadership development. Noteworthy accomplishments include being a published author of "Advance and Enrich: The Career Lattice Model of Workforce Progression.
