Hire Young Professionals Eager To Succeed, Inc., also referred to as HYPE To Succeed, Inc. is a non-profit aimed at helping young adults excel in work and life. We offer guidance on work ethics, soft skills like problem-solving and adaptability, and financial literacy to empower informed decision-making.
Our Mission
HYPE to Succeed's mission is to provide young professionals, regardless of background, a platform that provides relevant and factual reference points on work ethics and other general information that will enhance/upskill their critical thinking, confidence, and awareness to help them make the most informed decisions within the workplace and other general demands. Create awareness around employment opportunities as well as potential for direct exposure and access to select organizations. Creating a better experience for young professionals as they navigate toward their short and long term goals.

Building a stronger workforce of young professionals at the onset of entering the workplace that creates an improved experience for both the professionals and the employers, reducing the learning curve and time to adjust as part of the transition into the workplace.
